Your guests will love this twist. Plus, these white chocolate ghost bowls are simple to make and your kids can even help... unless they start using the water balloons for actual water balloons. Then send them outside.
It's that time of year when we start seeing the "You've Been Boo'd" signs showing up in our neighborhood. My daughter loves the tradition, especially the secret part... Who "boo'd" us? Whom did you "boo"?
