I like showy looking stuff on a dessert table (cakes, cupcakes), but for eating, a salty/sweet combo will lure me in every time. Chocolate covered pretzels. Candied nuts. Especially the candied nuts.

I love all the "unexpected" things. Like mini versions of larger treats (mini cupcake, dessert shooters,mini doughnuts etc.) and how they get styled is more appealing than the taste...well, most of the time anyway. And of course chocolate anything is always welcome!

My favorite homemade dessert on a dessert table are the pretzel sticks dipped in various colors of chocolate; pink, white, brown, pastels, christmas colors, etc. and then sprinkled with various sprinkles, wrapped pretty with polka dot and printed ribbon! This makes any dessert/candy table for any occassion and event.
