After poking around over at punchbowl.com...I came across a travel birthday for an adult. Love that idea...especially for those that can really travel (either because of work, school, kids, $$, etc). I expanded the idea by creating either a destination party (focus on one spot the birthday girl/boy would like to go), general travel, larger area (Europe, Asia, African safari, etc). Might need to try this one out!
