Chalkboard banners have become extremely popular. I recently discovered chalkboard fabric at my local craft store. The fabric is perfect to create chalkboard banners for any occasion, photo props or even home decor!
- ½ - 1 yard of chalkboard fabric(depending on the length of your banner)
- ⅛ hole punch
- ⅛ inch eyelets
- Eyelet setter tool, hammer, and setting mat
- Ribbon or twine (3-4 yards)
- Chalk and chalk marker
- Banner template
The collection includes: a welcome sign, invitations, blank labels, favor tags, a "Happy Halloween" banner, 2" and 4" party circles, and straw flags.

I just saw this on the Martha Stewart blog The Crafts Dept. How clever... a chalkboard bunting banner that not only looks cool, but is reusable. You just clean it off and write something else for your next party.
All you need to make it is some canvas, chalkboard paint, scissors, and a couple more instructions.
Seriously, how great would this be for Halloween!
