My 4 Favorite Parties of the Week - Nov. 10th

Here are my favorite parties of the week!

An  Super Mario Bros party that will knock your socks off... a delicate and girly shabby chic party with beautiful desserts... a fantastic Toy Story party...and a sleepover glamping s'mores party!

4 Favorite Parties 11-10Clockwise from top left:

Thanks for the inspiring parties this week. Can't wait to see what you add next week!

Add a Cool Cardboard Playhouse to Your Kid's Party

How cool are these cardboard playhouses from Way Basics, and how great would they look at a your kid's next party?

Throwing a tea party, add a play cottage...

Throwing a princess party? How about this castle and carriage...

Throwing a rocket party or Toy Story party? How about this rocket ship...

These playhouses are sustainably made from 80% recycled cardboard, and come with a set of four markers for decorating.

What fun!  Sure you could make your own out of an old refrigerator box, but if you don't have the time or inclination, $35 a playhouse seems worth it to me.

TRENDS: Toy Story Parties on Catch My Party

We've gotten some amazing Toy Story parties on our site. What's great about a Toy Story party is that it can work for either a boy or a girl, and there are a lot of Toy Story toys and party supplies available so you don't have to come up with everything yourself.  However, if you want to make it your own, here are our favorite ideas from the parties on our site. (To see each party in its entirety, click on the link or photo.)

Darina D's Toy Story Party - Love this dessert table with its bunting and blow up Buzz Lightyear doll. Cupcake toppers and labels add a nice touch.

Skye H's Lauren's 4th Birthday - Personalized labels and sheriff's badges give these Toy Story toy favors a little more excitement.

Natalie's Greyson's Rocket 5th Birthday - A Toy Story 3 party with a "rockets and aliens" theme. This is one of the most original candy ideas we've seen. Cotton candy rockets with pop rock aliens.

Beth K's Toy Story - Jessie & Woody Party - A great-looking cake and how simple, just add some figurines on top.

The Party Wall's Toy Story Party - If you really want to get creative, you could make a Star Command Headquarters sign and Buzz Lightyear rocket like these.

Terri W's Toy Story 3rd Birthday Party - How cute are these character cupcakes of Hamm and the Squeeze Toy Aliens?!

Melissa C's Toy Story Birthday Party - Using themed cupcake toppers and Toy Story wrappers adds some easy themed fun.

Take a look at all of our Toy Story parties for many more amazingly creative ideas.
