Happy almost Halloween! My daughter is dressing up as the Queen of Hearts because she just finished reading Alice in Wonderland and fell in love with it.
She didn't want an off-the-shelf costume so I bought her a tutu on Etsy (that is supposed to arrive by Wednesday, fingers crossed), and her plan is to transform a red tee shirt and a white tee shirt into something unique. I have a feeling there will lots of cutting, glueing, and fabric markering between now and Saturday. This is the first year she's wanted to make part of her costume. Do your kids make their costumes or do you buy them?
In honor of Halloween, this week I've included three Halloween parties and one dinosaur birthday party (because those can be scary too). The Halloween parties run the gamut from a scary vintage horror movie party, to an adorable Charlie Brown Great Pumpkin Halloween party and a perfect pumpkin themed party! You will love these parties, promise.
