Party Recap

A note from Majestic Fruit Creations

Ellie’s First Amazing Birthday
Ms. King contacted me about three months before her granddaughter’s birthday party and was interested in some fruit for their event. I met with Ms. King (Ellie’s Grandmother) and Ms. Narcisse (Ellie’s Mother) before the party so I could go over their special day. While I was there I was able to meet the Birthday girl, little Elaina. Eliana is so precious and beautiful and a great joy to be around she’s a very happy spirited little girl. While I was their Ms. Narcisse and Ms. King Let me view the decorations they prepared for the party. I was over whelmed!!!!! You name it and they made it, I was so excited at looking over all the things they had prepared for Ellie’s birthday party (very creative women). We then sat down and discussed business about the fruit that they wanted me to prepare for their event.
On January 20, 2013 Majestic Fruit Creations was a part of Ellie’s first birthday celebration. I knew when I came to this party it was going to be great from the time I walked in and I knew when I saw all the decorations, it was breath taking because they were made with such meaning and love that was put into them. These ladies thought of everything, I felt like I was in Minnie Mouse world. I know GOD had a smile on his face, and also proud of them for celebrating the blessing he has blessed this family with. Ms. King told me about the heart condition Ellie was born with, I know now she is a miracle baby, I can see why this party was so special to them and anybody who was there would have said the same. As for the children who attend the party they had all types of food that included Minnie Mouse shaped sandwiches, Minnie mouse chicken nuggets, puddings, Minnie mouse pasta salad with shrimp in it, Minnie mouse cookies and etc. and for the adults chicken salad, beef & fajita taco’s, chili Frito pies, wonderful strawberry lemonade punch with a Minnie mouse mold in it!! The birthday cake was a three tier Minnie Mouse cake and it was very detailed and it had the cutest tutu around the base of the cake and they also had a personnel Minnie Mouse popping out of the smash cake. The room was filled with excitement and love they even had a couple of special tables set up for all the babies that were born at the hospital around the same time as Ellie was born. The babies all had similar or the same heart conditions and they were there at the party to celebrate her first year! WOW! Jules the clown did an awesome job entertaining the kids with face paintings! Etc! Everything was just beautiful little Ellie had two beautiful birthday outfits that she changed into and some Minnie Mouse ears to wear on her head and the cutest shoes (she was a hit)!
For the fruit they decided to go with a watermelon carving. Ellie’s name was carved on the front and outlined in pink rhinestones. I also carved a little Minnie Mouse head with a bow incrusted with rhinestones. They wanted Minnie Mouse pineapple heads bursting out and pink chocolate bows with green polka dots. On the inside of the carving there were fresh grapes, strawberries, cantaloupes, pineapple chunks, and oranges carved into flowers with strawberries in the center. I also made an arrangement with two pineapples half’s for the bases and fresh pineapple 1’s on cabob sticks I then made white chocolate covered strawberries with Ellie’s name inscribed with pink chocolate, pink swirls, and polka dots. I then placed them on a six tier display with Ellie’s picture on top of the display for a finished touch. This event was with great success I’m glad they gave Majestic Fruit Creations an opportunity to help celebrate her special day.
Thanks, Melissa B. Owner of Majestic Fruit Creations

I love your party. Gives me so many ideas for my daughters 2nd birthday party I'm planning in August, it's going to be a Minnie Mouse luau theme. I have a planner but I can't wait to show her your work. My daughter also was born with a heart condition, she was blessed with the gift of life with a heart transplant 8/2013, three weeks before her 1st birthday. So we also are going to have a grand celebration. God is good ans im glad to see another heart baby doing so well.
