I LOVE the letters in the BABY sign! We're these real sprinkles glued to foam letters?

Hi Shala, Yes, they are cake sprinkles glued to foam board. (Using a spray adhesive). It's a messy project but fun. You could also buy wooden letters too. I used wood frames for the sweets table and favors table, and they worked well.

Can I ask who designed the invitations for this party? I love them and would like to do something similar for my best friend's baby shower!
