    i'm confused about how you connect them with the ribbon. it says to use the skewer to pouch a hole in the foam and then use the tape, but that doesn't make sense to me, especially based on the picture and where the orange tape is. help!

    The balloons with numbers were purchased from Party City. The faces are printables I found on etsy that I printed on label paper and put on plain green balloons.
