Party Recap

Oh what a special day we had! The weather was absolutely gorgeous and the birthday girl all smiles at her “Glam Camping” inspired 7th birthday party! This year has to go down in the books as my favorite party to date…Why? Because my little lady was truly the designer behind it all and boy what an amazing job she did! It all started with the sequin chevron linens she picked herself, both our favorite colors, the handmade dream catchers by yours truly and the glitter trail flowed from there! Sparkle, Sparkle, EVERYWHERE! There was face painting, potato sack racing, tug of war, manicures, crafts, dancing, karaoke, and so much more… Oh and of course there was a custom S’mores bar for this glam gal… And what “glamping” adventure would be complete without FISHING!!!! This genius idea was all dad and what a hit it was! All in all, as I took in all the laughter and smiles that filled the air, I know my little glam campers had an absolute blast! This party will surely bring a smile to my face for years to come. The cake was absolutely delicious, the glam teepees were still standing at the end of the night, and the birthday girl is still raving and feeding her fish….I’d call that a SUCCESS!!! Happy Glamping!

Each Happy Glamper left the party with a custom camp tote filled with loads of camping essentials including binoculars, playing cards, sunglasses, custom canteen, floral headband (girls), dog tags (boys), bauble jewel necklace (girls), flashlight, and more. • Best Moment

The best moment had to be when dad said "okay now blow the glitter towards the camera"... she was shocked we were letting her freely throw glitter everywhere....she owned it and went wild!!! I think I'm still getting glitter out of her hair!

  • Funniest Moment

The funniest moment had to be the potato sack racing! Everyone kept falling over and under each other in laughter. It was hilarious.

  • Most Touching Moment

The best moment was my daughters first glance at her party. She ran around with such excitement to see all the details she picked out herself finally come together! She ran up to me and gave me the biggest hug and kiss and said "mommy, you are amazing- thank you"!

  • Best Dressed

The Birthday Girl of course. She was totally "glamped" out!

  • What People Ate

The Glamping Menu consisted of Pit Turkey, Chopped Brisket, Grilled Chicken, Baked Beans, Green Beans, Mac & Cheese, and Potato Salad.
