Party Recap

I knew I wanted to do a Mickey Mouse party for my 2 year old. Problem was the stuff you find in stores was just Mickey or just Minnie and we love all the characters, so I decided to make a rainbow colored party that features all 6 of the characters!

Idea

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

Cupcakes, Cake, Ice Cream sundaes, Animal Crackers & Dip

  • Party Favors

Bags that had coloring book, crayons, puzzle, fisbee, bubbles and goldfish snacks

  • Activities / Games

Bounce House and little stations for the smaller kids - fishing (playing in water) digging for Pluto's bones (sand box), Mickey Ring Toss (little kid cornhole) and Donald Duck Pin Bowling

  • Budget

Did most of the things on my own using my Silhouette Cameo or made them myself. Most of the money went towards rental of tables/chairs/bounce house and then food!

  • What People Ate

Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Strawberry Le-Minnie-Ade, pasta salads, etc. Everything was giving a fun name!

  • What People Drank

    Lemonade, soft drinks, beer

  • Best Moment

    Bounce house!!!

A Peace of Cake (http://www.apeaceofcake317.com/home/) they were really great to work with and I highly recommend. The bounce house looked brand new and was super clean. They made sure there was nothing in there before leaving!!

I actually made it. I downloaded a font (Brady Bunch Remastered, I think) that looks like the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse one and just found backgrounds etc. I'm sure not legal, but then had it printed at Vista print on the vinyl
