Sprinkle Gender Reveal

When I found out I was pregnant this time around my husband and I decided that since it was not our 1st that if we were doing to do something it was not going to be the traditional shower. After many hours of going back and forth and we decided on a gender reveal. Gender reveals seem to be so popular right now with many different themes. I remember reading that your 1st is a shower and your 2nd is called a sprinkle and I fell in LOVE. Sprinkles come in all different colors making the color combination of red, pink, orange, yellow, lime green and aqua perfect for not giving away gender.

• Desserts

  Vanilla sprinkle donuts, party popcorn (popcorn covered in white chocolate and sprinkles), cupcake puppy chow, funfetti cake balls, chocolate mustache and lip pops, two white chocolate cakes, and finally a vanilla cake.

• Party Favors

  Rice krispie treats dipped in white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles.

• Activities / Games

  As guest arrived there was an Old Wives Tales board and a voting table with voting cards and mustache/lip pins.

• What People Ate

  Assorted cheeses with green and red grapes, strawberries, crackers, and a vegetable platter. For the main meal ceasar salad, bread rolls, arroz con pollo, and plantains.

• What People Drank

  We served sodas, water, white wine, red wine and beer.
