2011 Twinkle Twice Star

I had the honor to design another food table for a cute little children's store in Burbank, California, Twinkle Twice. Twinkle Twice hosted a contest to find the "2011 Twinkle Twice Star" via their Facebook page. An adorable little boy named Andre won! To celebrate they hosted a big event to crown the winner, including a food table designed by yours truly!

I was so excited when Marta, the owner of Twinkle Twice, asked me to help her. I had gotten to work with her previously for the grand opening of the store and was thrilled she enjoyed my work enough to hire me again.

For the grand opening I wanted to stay true to the Twinkle Twice logo and stuck to pastel colors. This time I wanted the table to be a bit more vivid and less girly, after all this was a celebration for a little boy! I played off of the "star" theme in the title Andre was receiving and designed an electronic invite for Marta to use on her Facebook page to inform all of her customers about the big day.

With the invitation design in mind, I designed matching printables and a large two-sided banner to run down the middle of the table. It was fun to create a design that would be in the center of a room instead of pushed up against a wall. I even got to create a little trophy for Marta to award to Andre!
