Party Recap

My daughter wanted a "Rockstar Diva" Party for her 8th birthday. We invited 7 guests and held the party in our home. Guests were greeted with Backstage Passes, and were able to add Rockstar props, like sunglasses, microphones, inflatable guitars, mesh arm warmers, etc.

The girls decorated posterboard guitars at the craft table with markers and jewels, ate pizza and fruit, and got temporary tattoos and hair glitter.

My cousin is a high school dance coach, and she came to teach the girls a dance to Big Time Rush's song "Boyfriend." After that, the girls had cookie cake and ice cream, and then sang along to Wii Disney Sing It Party Hits.

This is a DIY using an unfinished wooden guitar from Michaels. The zebra portion is duct tape, and then I painted it pink with a glitter top coat.
