Andrew's party

Little Andrew was turning 2 and his mother told me he was obsessed with Ernie and his Rubber duckie. She had visions of what she wanted to create and we were able to make most of that come to fruitation. I live in Florida and the decorations had to get to Texas but we were still creating right up to midnight the very last night before everything had to be mailed priority to arrive in time for Andrew's party!
