Party Recap

My sweet girl Sophia decided she wanted a "Lapsiloopsie" party as her fourth birthday theme! So....I started to panic. There are tons of awesome, creative and just simply adorable Lalaloopsy parties out there! I started to brain storm, create and then repeated this process for about four months. This party was sew much fun to plan and get ready for! Almost everything was created by hand (mine or a "helper"). The party was held at an adorable and favorite toy shop in our neighborhood. It was a small but sweet party that my daughter and her little friends really seemed to enjoy;)

    The birthday girl ;)

  • Desserts

home made button sugar cookies, fresh strawberry and banana cake, candy bar

  • Activities / Games

The girls enjoyed coloring in their Lala books, "sewing" Lala pets, and had lots of fun dressing up and dancing on stage for a fashion show!

  • Budget

Not too much....as always lots and lots of trips to the dollar stores and Michaels. I even got the large Lala dolls at a discount since I added the embelishments myself;) Also I recycled the milk bottles from Starbucks drinks, and used lots of stuff I already had around the house.

A felt party box filled with personalized mini chocolates, button candy, two pencils with Lalaloopsy toppers, and a Lalaloopsy flower compact mirror. Lalaloopsy coloring books (hand made).

A simple but yummy lunch of assorted croissant sandwiches, pb&j flower shaped sandwiches, sunchips and veggie platter.

Starbucks frap. bottles bought at market every time I saw them on sale! Once they are empty soak for a bit, then peel of paper label and scrub off ink exp. date. Super easy but a little time consuming.
