Party Recap

Our toddler has enjoyed weekly Gymboree Play and Learn classes since he was 9 months old, so when it came time to choose a location for his 2nd birthday we knew it was the perfect place! We definitely wanted something indoors since June in Dallas is often 100+ degrees, and being 7 months pregnant I also liked the fact that I'd have a lot of help from the Gymboree employees.

While Gymboree offers several different themes such as Sports and Trains, we decided to just go with a generic "Gymbo" themed party. Gymbo the Clown is the Gymboree mascot, and we added on a 30 minute appearance by Gymbo to our party. I went with the polka dot rainbow decor of Gymboree and incorporated it into our decorations, and added in some clown touches with the cake and the clown noses we provided for the guests to wear.

Overall it was a simple, colorful and FUN party - perfect for a 2 year old!
