Party Recap

This party was all about my mom, Antonia. If I had to choose a theme, it would be "her favorites.'

The decor was done in her favorite color, red, with a bit of gold to add flair. Her favorite flowers, Gladiolus, filled, the centerpiece vases. The dessert table was stocked with her favorites from decadent Ferrero Rochers to cough drops (she ALWAYS has some). Her favorite Spanish food was served while a live band played everything from Jazz to Salsa.

The most loved decor element was the timeline my family created using photos and facts about my mom's life. It served as the backdrop for the drinks station.

The photo booth, outfitted with props form my mom's closet (glasses, rollers, moo-moo gowns, neck pillow, nurse uniform, etc... ) was also a fun way to interact with guests while telling her story.

We had a beautiful time with family, food, and laughter. Doesn't get better than that!
