Selected as Party of the Day on September 18th!
Jackson's Superhero 4th Birthday
ByParty Recap
This party was so much fun and the kids all had a blast. It is always hot in the beginning of August so although the main part of the party was outside we had to have some activities that could be done inside to take a break from the heat. The main event was the Superhero obstacle course. Each obstacle was tailored toward a particular superhero or superhero trait. After each kid completed the obstacle course they received a cookie medal. We also had face painting, a balloon artist, superhero bingo, city skyline photo backdrop and a pinata (using Hulk hands rather than a stick). It was a great day with lots of great food, friends and family.

Where did you get these?

We made them....well partially. The actual letters are from Hobby Lobby. They are brown and a thick cardboard material. Then you just cut pictures out of comic books and modge podge them onto the letters. The buildings in the back are from Pottery Barn Kids.

Thank you! I thought those were the ones from poterry barn, I had seen them on sale recently :) Did you just buy 1 set for this picture?

I love these! Saw them at Oriental trading, then the kids can use them for trick or treating :D

I can't tell is this a balloon stuck with glue to a piece of wood? I've seen this before but the styrofoam is too expensive to use and I was thinking balloons but not exactly sure how I was gonna do it
