The girls wanted a flower power themed party, so we set up four stations for the kids to rotate through and make various "flower" activities. Stations were: make a flower pen, plant a flower, still life station and decorate a flower pot. The kids rotated through each station and took home everything they made.
I made marshmallow pops, flower pops, cake pops and bon bon cookies. Instead of cake, we did flower cupcakes that were delicious! We also had snow cones that went over quite well with the kids and grown-ups alike.
Activities / Games
Each child rotated through four stations completing a flower themed project.
All the girls took home every project they made which included a still life painting, frame, flower pot, flower pen, flower plant they planted, sand bucket and a daisy shaped sugar cookie.
Seeing my girls faces light up when they saw everything set up for their party!
What People Ate
I made "flower" themed food for grown-ups and kids alike. We had "sprout sandwiches", garden delights & dip, fruit stems, daisy dogs and petal pizza.
What People Drank
Iced Tea, Lemonade and Bottled Water that I put labels with the girls' names. Guests also had labels for their cups with flower straws. Grown-Up Sprouts were offered adult beverages.
