Party Recap...
How many 90th Birthday parties have you been to? We had the privilege to throw a birthday bash for not one, but two wonderful 90 year old's! This had to be something special and fit in a lot of their favorite things. They wanted something classic and fun...so we used black and white polka dots and damask with accents of a burgundy red.
Party Highlights
Best Moment
The best moments at this party were friends and family members sharing 90 years of memories. It was wonderful to see all the pictures and hear all the stories of the lives of the beautiful and vibrant people!
What People Ate
For lunch we had the birthday couples favorite, BBQ! Our guests feasted on pulled pork and chicken...along with baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad and veggies.
What People Drank
In addition to iced tea and strawberry lemonade, we found vintage Dr Pepper and Nu-Grape (established 1921, the year our birthday couple was born!)
Dessert
We had three cakes: marble, vanilla with butter cream and an amazing recipe called earthquake cake! Our guests also enjoyed german chocolate cakepops, Bella Boo Truffles, mini red velvet cupcakes and those AMAZING almond decorated cookie from Cookies are my Canvas!
