Selected as Party of the Day on May 26th!
A Vintage Carnival Preemie Baby Shower
ByParty Recap
Almost two years ago,
we had a little niece born at only 24 weeks. She was so tiny and
fragile {only 1.5 lbs!} and spent the next 4 months in the NICU,
enduring many intense surgeries. But that little girl of ours is one
tough cookie! She is doing so wonderful now and makes amazing progress
every day. She is such a joy to our family!
To celebrate her arrival we threw her a vintage carnival themed baby
shower and it was so much fun!
Instead of the usual bright circus colors, we went with soft pink,
blue, orange and green to give it more of the vintage feel we were
going for while also being appropriate for a little baby girl.
The other part of the theme was “small” since little Emmalynn was
so small. So all the food was miniaturized.
