Party Recap

This was a lot of fun! I tried to pull in other colors to be a little different, and I got a lot of the stuff throughout last summer as it went on clearance, the lemonade stand added to the party, but it was a great source of entertainment and play for the kids, using a non-breakable lemonade jug.

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

Lemon filled tartlettes with fresh fruit and apricot glaze, pink lemonade cupcakes, birthday cake, and birthday cake ice cream!

  • Activities / Games

The lemonade stand was a great activity for the kids, and I used a non-breakable lemonade jug and paper cups for this reason.

  • Party Favors

Candy "buffet" with lemon drops, King leo lemon sticks, old fashioned lemon candy sticks, Lemonheads, lemon suckers, rock candy

  • Best Moment

When Addie found out she was going to the American Girl doll store for her birthday! She's always wanted to go!

  • What People Ate

Smoked canjun turkey breast sandwiches on croissants, Kids had PB&J's, corn dip and chips, fruit salad, spinach artichoke pasta salad

  • What People Drank

Pink Lemonade of course! and Traditional Yellow Lemonade and bottled water
