My husband made them. He bought the mugs from dollartree.com then purchased printable decal paper that can be put into ceramic and glass. Once I get more info on the printable paper I will post a link to its website. Hope this helps and thanks for your comment :)

Hi Shelli, I placed a mint stick and a hot chocolate packet in a blue mesh bag along with a sheet of frozen stickers. I also printed a poem for snowman soup that you can find on google.

Hi Heather, my husband made the mugs using a decal paper called water slide decal paper that we got at decalpaper.com( we finally found the website). you print out an image onto the paper then cut it out and place it on the mug using the instructions that come along with the paper. hope this helps :)

Sorry I'm just now getting back to everyone's questions. The decal paper that you use is called water decal paper and it comes ready to print(clear). so you can download any image(like olaf) and print it on the paper and cut it out then place it on the mug using water (like putting a fake tattoo on a childs hand), it comes with step by step instructions. hope this helps :)

They are white candy melts that you can buy at your local craft store. I used white and a few broken up pieces of light blue. once melted a bit I used a tooth pick to spread it around then placed a dark blue chocolate candy on top. hope this helps
