Party Recap

It was a my daughter's first birthday Party, I had absolutely no clue how to pull it off. So i did a lot of research on catchmyparty.com I was a obsessed mom during planning the party. Thanks to my husband for being equally enthusiastic about the party. My one stop shop for the party was Etsy.com. I bought the Pom-Poms , the cupcake toppings , the theme cookies which were a major hit of the party and the Printables from Etsy.com. Loved the way every thing came together. I had hired a photographer from Thumbtack.com for very affordable price. Am so glad I hired a photographer coz everything is going to be eaten or pulled off but those photographs are going to be with you forever,I wanted all my guest to sit back and enjoy rather than requesting people to click pics and then asking them to send the pictures to you. The food for the guest came from a local Indian Restaurant and Black forest Cupcake were from Byerlys. Elders at the party ate more cupcakes than the Kids. They were lot of DIY things that Mommy and Daddy did. The give aways was this amazing activity book personalized for Adhira from ISeeMe.com they make very affordable and awesome looking party favors. The guestbook had a picture of the guest and my newborn daughter when they came to the hospital to see her and below that i am going to place their pic with my daughter during the party. So they have this 1 year time period to witness with Adhira. I made a album of all my daughter's pics from birth to 1 year ofcourse and had it there for the guest to view, So that they have a glimpse of Adhira's journey so far.
