Adorable adopt a puppy Paw-tay! Believe it or not I bought a lot of my party supplies at Dollar Tree. All the kids were able to adopt a puppy and make their puppy a puppy collar. We had Doggie bags, and hot dogs and puppy treats., along with Pupsicles
