How did you do your streamers on the window? It looks so neat. I am having a superhero party for my soon to be four year old and I would love to do that. Great job on your party.

Thanks Monica! I taped then at the top, twisted them and then taped again at the bottom. I left alittle length at the bottom too. Holly :-)
