Aiden's 2nd Birthday

Everyone at the party commented on the Red, Black and yellow decor that was everywhere. They loved the entry way with the streamers. My signs were also a big hit. Every party that I throw I name the foods to be themed appropriate. I also made all of the foods in Mickey mouse shapes with cookie cutters. Really fun party to plan. Oh and how can I forget Mickey Mouse showed up for it and made my sons day.

• What People Ate

  Mickey mouse cheese bites and pepperoni, Daisy's spinach dip, pluto's party mix. The mains were an Italian Sub Hero, Hot Diggity Dog bar with the fixings, Sicilian Mickey Mouse Pizza, Mac n Cheese.

• What People Drank

  Pluto's punch which was a rum punch with mango juice, pineapple juice, sprite and grenadine. The kids drank Yohoo's and Capri Suns

• Desserts

  Rice Krispie treats, chocolate chip cookies, Mickey Mouse chocolate lollipops, Toodle Twizzlers, Mickey & Minnie M & M's, Strawberry and grape bow ties, Oreo ear cookie and cream cupcakes, Mickey sheet cake.

• Party Favors

  Mickey cups for the boys and Minnie cups for the girls with a paddle ball and snack.

• Activities / Games

  Pin the nose on Mickey. A Mickey pinata filled with Pirates Booty, Fruit snacks and pretzels.

• My Mom Florence

  Helped me make all of the decorations and signs.

  Assembled the Minnie fruit bow ties and Mickey Mouse Cheese bites.

  My talented sister Michele. Ran the kitchen and food the day of the party. She also made a delicious tray of Mac n Cheese. Were starting a party planning business together in the near future.
