Party Recap...
We celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday with an apple theme because she is the apple of our eye. I had a custom built apple tree & a DIY caramel apple bar. We also had wonderful food, crafts, a movie,& 4 different kinds of cake. All of the decorations were diy, even the wish tree I cut down myself. We had so much fun! What a year it has been.

Best Dressed
the birthday girl & her big sister were the best dressed in matching buffalo check skirts and apple shirts with big green bows. most of our family knew the color scheme was brown and red & they tried to coordinate accordingly.
What People Ate
carrots + ranch, chicken salad on croissants, deviled eggs, mac & cheese in cupcake liners.
What People Drank
coffee with different flavored creamers, sweetened and unsweetened tea, water
Dessert
4 kinds of homemade cake, melt away cookies, apple cookies on a stick from cookies by design
Activities / Games
a kids craft table with apple jack necklace making, coloring pictures of apples, watching the smurfs (because they go to NYC aka the big apple) and playing on the little slide under the custom built apple tree
Budget
$300. This included the food & all.
