Alyssa's 11th Birthday

My daughter is a vegetarian who is very into the environment. We used all recycled/reusable materials for this party. We had a vegetarian lunch also.

  Made our own recycled jewelry, lip gloss, body scrub, headbands, and planted veggies/flowers in recycled soup cans to take home. They played in an "earth" shaped sprinkler and had an earth pinata filled with seeds to plant and recycled little toys along with some candy

  When i revealed the earthday cake that i made myself.

• What People Ate

  Veggie cups, organic vegetarian pizza, organic kettle chips, and cake.

  Organic homemade lemonade that they made themselves.

• Most Touching Moment

  When my daughter told me that she was so happy we did something good for our environment and didnt have a ton of party stuff thrown away to a landfill like most parties.

• Funniest Moment

  Playing in the large earth sprinkler.
