Amelia's ice-cream Party

Ice cream was the best theme we could think of for my daughter's first birthday party last summer, me and my family made almost everything, from the cake to the party favors, to the burgers and the punch,invitations & decorations etc, I enjoy putting everything together. In Malta we have a strong tradition called ' Il-Quccija' were we find different objects related to different professions and lay them in front of the child on their first birthday, the item picked would be the choice of profession he/she would have. It s fun and it would be the main attraction. As for the ice cream parlour, it was fun for everyone to make their own ice cream, we all enjoyed ourselves and it was wonderful to be together to celebrate Amelia's 1st birthday.
