Party Recap...
We like to involve our kids in New Year's Eve. Our older daughter has always been fabulous at staying up late (never cranky! Always a delight!), so we've naturally wanted to include her in the fun. That means that we typically host a New Year's Eve party for friends at our house, fire up the pizza oven I built in the backyard, play games, and make lots of fun noise come midnight.
Party Highlights
Best Moment
Making tons of noise at midnight--whether that's with bought noisemakers or found objects like pie pans!
What People Ate
Pizza, bacon wrapped dates, spinach and artichoke dip, homemade pita bread with hummus (all from our wood-fired oven)
What People Drank
Champagne for the adults, apple juice for the kiddos. Beer for those who wouldn't play along.
