Party Recap...
Avery was turning 3 years old. She has been completely obsessed with toy story all through out her 2nd year of life so the party theme was a no brainer. She also had been talking about her "burfday" for 2 months and we looked at cake pictures almost every day. She LOVED her party!
Party Highlights
Best Moment
The best moment of the party is by far when Avery finally saw the cake that she had been anticipating for months! Her face was priceless and she kept saying "I looooove it".
Most Touching Moment
The most touching part of the party is actually what happened later. My daughter is still talking about her special day and the means so much because it really made all of Mommy and Daddy's hard work well worth it.
Best Dressed
I have to say that Avery was the best dressed of the party in her custom made Birthday shirt with a polkadot 3 and a cowgirl hat (purchased from Sookie Says of etsy.com).
What People Ate
We had pizza from Pizza Planet! We also had some "Mr. Potato Head's" chips and dip.
What People Drank
We drank soft drinks, cool aid, and water from Woody's Watering Hole!
Avery's Toys Story Celebration!
Toys Story
Dessert
Our party featured an awesome cake made by a friend named Pam Boone and ice cream as well as a variety of different candies all found on the table dubbed "Bo Peep's Treats".
Activities / Games
We featured a bouncy house and encouraged everyone to bring their outdoor riding toys because we have a big yard. I also set up a table that I placed lots of craft supplies out and there were also all of my daughters Toy Story Toys that were made fully available to play with.
Party Favors
I put together some little tin Toy Story Buckets that had everything from sheriff badges to army men. Everything fit the theme perfectly and the kids loved them. I also placed plastic bags out to fill with and assortment of candies.
