Party Recap
My son's name is Harrison and I often call him "Harr-Bear", so I thought it would be fun to design a cute "baby bear" party theme for him. Mix in my obsession with buffalo plaid, and voila! ...an adorable party theme for my baby boy!
One of my favourite elements was our custom t-shirts for "mama bear", "paper bear", and "baby bear", which were made using iron-on heat transfers. Also, the wood log birthday cake with personalized cake topper, which I was beyond thrilled with the end result!
The DIY projects were extensive and include everything from the baby bear party hat, to the custom t-shirts, numerous banners, dessert table backdrop, personalized snack boxes, custom cake topper, and the hot chocolate bar sign, labels and tags. Party Highlights

What People Ate
For lunch we had pulled chicken sandwiches with caesar salad, veggies & dip, hickory sticks, and maple bacon potato chips. The desert table included mini donuts, churro chex mix, peppermint brownie cookies, and a peppermint cheesecake dip (links to recipes below under "Party Helpers"). I made 2 cakes for dessert; one was a snow covered tree log, and the other was a white birch log.

What People Drank
For beverages, we had a hot chocolate bar which was a huge hit with both the kids and adults! I had pre-made hot chocolate keeping warm in a carafe, and a choice of toppings including whipped cream, caramel sauce, crushed candy canes, sprinkles, and mini marshmallows. Delicious and lots of fun for everyone!
