Party Recap...
I was dedicated to the basic Lego bricks and minifigures. I built silverware holders out of Legos, created a orange Lego cake and a minifigure cake.
I used primary colors for my decorations.
Each child built a Lego kit to take home with them. I also had a Minifigure Builder Station where each child built 3 Minifigures to take home. Using the Lego cups from the Lego store's Pick-A- Brick; I separated legs, middles, heads, hair & accessories. ($ Saver: It's more cost effective to order Pick-A-Brick from www.Lego.com than buying in the Lego stores. However, they do ship from Denmark, so order early)
I also created gift bag tags from a Lego minifigure creator that I found online and made minifigure glycerin soap.
The party invitation was an outline of a red minifigure holding a card with the party information. I downloaded the Lego font for the invite and used it for the child's name on the gift bag.
We've launched a new blog!
