Bee's Donut Bar Birthday Party

Bradlee is that kid you struggle to plan for because she has no truly favorite thing. She kind of just loves everything. I asked her repeatedly what type of party she wanted and the only response I ever got was "donuts"- so a donut party we had, complete with pajamas and a donut decorating bar!

• What People Ate

  The highlight of our party was a Donut Hole Cake from the local Sweet Bar. Yes it is as amazing as it sounds. We also served fruit, sausage balls, and pigs in a blanket. In addition to the Donut Hole Cake we had donuts and an assortment of toppings so kids could decorate their own donuts.

• Party Favors

  I ordered a bulk package of standard pillow cases and had a friend cut iron on vinyl in each kid's name. I used fabric markers to draw basic pictures on each pillow case and kids decorated the pillows at the party.

• Activities / Games

  Pillow case decorating DIY candy necklaces We held a book exchange in lieu of gifts. Each guest brought a book and everyone was able to pick one to open and take home.
