Berkley Ames - 5th Birthday

Berkley Ames wanted a Wonder Woman birthday party with Wonder Woman present. First, I would like to mention how every decoration came from Wal-Mart, Dirt Cheap, and Dollar Tree! It's amazing what you can do with a little paint and glue! Every back drop was simply plastic table cloths taped together! The only splurge involved the invitations from Etsy (only a whopping $5.00 for instant download =) ) and the cake/cookies (which I assure you was under $100.00 and fed 14 children AND adults), and the rented water slide.
The party was an outdoor water slide/pool party. However, it stormed and rained over an hour before the slide could even be inflated. So glad that we were able to entertain guests with Wonder Woman's arrival, photo prop area, goody bags, and eating cake first! With the slide being our main activity, we were certainly lucky to hold off a mob of tiny tyrants stuck inside on a rainy afternoon!

  Wonder Woman themed cake, white chocolate covered rice krispy treats, cookies, and popcorn.

  Red/Blue Squeezies and water

• Desserts

  Every food option was a cavity waiting to happen. The cake and cookies were created by Deep South Confections and Designs and it was beyond DELICIOUS!!! Not one person could keep from eating a second helping!

• Party Favors

  Everyone was given super hero masks with their initial of the front, red/yellow/blue wrapped chocolates, and squiggly straws.

• Activities / Games

  Photo backdrop, visit/talk with Wonder Woman herself, water slide, pool, and muddy puddles from the excessive rain during the first hour of the party!

  Makenzie is a local teen in our area who does costume dress-ups for kid parties as a side job and does a phenomenal job! She never missed a beat answering all their questions to prove she was the "real" thing! =)
