Wine Tasting

The Blind Wine Tasting party was put together keeping the birthday girl's love for wine-ing and wonderful weather in mind.
Red n White wine bottles were covered with sleeves and number 1 - 8 were given to the bottles. Accompanied by an assortment of cheese and crackers. The guests were provided stationary to write down wine notes as they tasted blindly and also were asked for their preference of cheese and wine paring from the given choices.
After the tasting the guests enjoyed servings of finger food paired to go with particular wines including fresh greens, shrimp scampi, bruschetta, pinwheels, three bean salad, grilled mushrooms and chicken kabobs.
Double Chocolate High Heeled cupcakes made for a wonderful desert.
Finally the guests walked away with a cute little change pouches as favor and very satisfied taste buds.
