Party Recap...

This is the second party I styled for Festivities Magazine's inaugural summer issue (http://www.issuu.com/frogprincepaperie/docs/festivites_summer_2012 ). Think blush pinks and pale greens. Think damask and lace and crystal and china. Think over-the-top girly. This was a tea party for moms and daughters, but is so elegant, it would easily work for a baby or wedding shower, too. Lots of tutorials from this party already on the blog!

Party Highlights

What People Ate

Brunch fare--homemade cinnamon rolls, homemade scones and strawberry jam, proscuitto wrapped asparagus, individual quiches, vanilla puff pastries, chocolate covered oreos, and a crepe cake filled with homemade lemon curd and vanilla pastry cream.

What People Drank

Blush punch for the girls, tangerine mimosas for the moms.

Dessert

Just the sweets of brunch.
