Party Recap...

I was so excited for the new Disney princess and the Scottish location I threw a treat party for my daughter's friends after the premier and a Scotch tasting for the adults. My dining room is already Scottish with carved thistle finials and tartan drapes, I didn't need many decorations.

What People Ate

The kids had spell cakes (golden butter cupcakes sprinkled with conf. sugar and filled with cherry preserves), fish sugar cookies, gingerbread cupcakes with salted caramel icing, millionaire shorthbread, chocolate teddy grahams, and traditional shortbread. The adults also had cheeses and crackers, including oatcakes, to pair with the scotch.

What People Drank

The kids had witches brew (green lemonade in a cauldron). The adults had four types of scotch from the four main regions of Scotland.
