Camp Run-A-Muk

I really wanted my son's 5th birthday party to be affordable, memorable and fun. So a lot of the decorations where either hand made or things we have collected.

The cake was a chocolate cake with white icing from Costco which I transformed to the camp cake. The kids found many fun activities outside and everyone had a blast.

• What People Ate

  Homemade Chili Bar. Which included Hot dogs, sour cream, fritos, crackers, shredded cheese, hot sauce, jalapenos, and Watermelon

• What People Drank

  Bug Juice :o) Lemon Lime Hawaiian Punch, Bottled water and hot coffee

• Desserts

  Chocolate birthday cake and trail mix (in goodie bags)

• Party Favors

  Bubbles, glow stick necklaces, magnifying glasses and trail mix plus a cool Happy Camper Flag on the bag

• Activities / Games

  I had leftover wooden picture frames from Michaels that the kids painted and they also created beaded name badge necklaces, played Frisbee outside, pitched rocks into the lake, splashed in the puddles!
