Camping Retreat

Every year our small Chicago ad agency does a super fun summer retreat. This year we decided on camping! We found a small secluded campground in southern Wisconsin and let our creatively flow when it came to the fun and details for the trip!

• What People Ate

  We grilled onsite brats, burgers, and hot dogs. Plus snacks for the snack bar. Perfect camping food!

• What People Drank

  In old fashioned pitchers we had home made Sangria, Wine, Water & Lemonade. We also made a pit stop on the way up for Spotted Cow (a Wis local beer) of course!

• Desserts

  Home-made campfire cookies and cookies with the Movéo logo on them. YUM!

• Party Favors

  Upon arrival guests were greeted with a home made sign out of reclaimed wood that showed our "Schedule" for the day. They picked out their rustic bucket favors (each had their name on it) that included all the camping essentials; T-Shirt, Water Bottle, SunScreen, Bug Band to wear, Coozie, and a Flash Light!

• Activities / Games

  For our unique Scavenger Hunt we were broken up into 5 teams of 5. After each team decided on a name and were off they had to find 16 items on a list, take a pic on their phone and Tweet the photo to our corporate Twitter Account. Items included things like "Team member selfie with a stranger" "Team member by the lake" and "An Interesting view of the sky" At night we had S'mores around the Bon Fire.
