My client Candice wanted to relive a little childhood dream and become Barbie for her 30th Birthday.
The party was a fancy dress and guests were asked to come dressed as their favourite Barbie or Ken.
My idea was to try to create a candy buffet that was a little more adult than than a typical little girls Barbie party.
The buffet set up was a simple one as it was a very manageable size.
I made all the desserts which included Red Skin Macarons, Chocolate a Fudge Cookies and Cakepops with their own tutus.
I suggested to Candice that we should have a Barbie & Ken Mattel box as photo booths, these were quite a challenge to make but after many hours it all came together and the result was wonderful!
