Love all the details! What size was the water slide? We are having a tmnt party for my will be 4 yr old and since it's going to be outside so we were looking into renting a water slide. Trying to decide between a 14' or an 18' and saw yours so I figured I would ask! also, what did you use to make the swords and nunchucks? Thanks :)

  • Amanda M

    Amanda M wrote:

Thank you so much Kristen! The slide we had was 18'. The swords were made out of paint sticks that we got from Lowes. We told them it was for our sons' birthday party and they didn't even charge for them. We then painted them with spray paint and wrapped black electrical tape around the end. The nunchuncks were make out of outdoor pipe insulation that we purchased from Lowes. It is made out of material very similar to a pool noodle. We used twine to secure the two pieces together and duck tape on the end.

I LOVE the cupcake toppers! Where did you get those/how did you make those? Also, what did you use for the cupcake wrapper?

  • Amanda M

    Amanda M wrote:

Hey Kristi! I purchased the cupcake topper and wrapper from Etsy. It's an instant download that you can print, cut and make yourself. I secured the topper to a toothpick with hot glue and also secured the wrapper around the cupcake with hot glue....be sure to secure the wrapper around the cupcake before you put the frosting on.
