Charles 6th Birthday Party

This was such a fun party to plan. My son absoutely loves Mario and Luigi, so for his 6th birthday, we decided to go with Mario Brothers theme. It was fun looking up creative ideas for this theme, especially since most of my decorations are print outs that I got on the internet since my local party store didn't really have anything. This is why I love the internet, you can make any theme party happen even if your local store doesn't carry it.

• What People Ate

  For food we went with hot dogs, chips and fruit. It's pretty hot in July, so we went with something simple.

• What People Drank

  I bought water bottles and juice bottles and just added some free Mario Brother labels that I found online. It was easy to just print them out and add to the bottles.

• Desserts

  For dessert we had cupcakes and ice cream. The cupcake toppers were Mario and Luigi and were a huge hit.

• Party Favors

  We sent the kids home with a to go box filled with lots of goodies. We bought the label off of Etsy that was also Mario themed.
