Party Recap...

This was a surprise 13th birthday party for a special young lady. It was a party with family and friends. In addition it was an overnight sleepover! The party inspiration came from the young lady who is a Big Chris Brown Fan! We created a custom Party with her favorite celebrity and color to create a party that she was thrilled about!
