I made the outfit, added Mickey fabric to a purchased denim jacket and jeans. The shirt was purchased at Sears, I think. I added crystals to the shoes myself.

I think we got it from www.etsy.com or e-bay. Search Mickey invitations on etsy. I pretty sure that's where we got it. They e-mailed it to Wal-Greens after we approved it. You can have it printed where you want.
