"Connor's Suessical First Birtday"

We had Connor's party at a local park, which worked out great because we had the pavilion and the jungle gym for the kids to play on! The weather was absolutely beautiful despite a windy beginning. That wind really put a damper on my plans. Everything was blowing over, I mean everything. My step father had to duck tape the table cloths down!! But we made it through!! We had the Cat in the Hat come from a local party place - Lollipop Party Services. They were great!!! The Cat in the Hat danced, played games, took pictures, and stayed to sing Happy Birthday! We concluded the party with a professional face painter (from the same company). FANTASTIC! All the kids had a BLAST!!

I crafted most things seen here, including the food/drink labels. I had sooo much fun doing it!!

• Party Favors

  Dr. Seuss notebooks with Cat in the Hat crayons. I also cut out little Birthday Certificates for each child thanking them for celebrating Connor's birthday. They were from the Happy Birthday To You book!

• Activities / Games

  Cat in the hat visit - sang songs, played limbo and other games, and danced! He also stayed to sing Happy Birthday with everyone. Then we had a Face painter!!

  Wonderful, professional organization! Lollipop Party Services in Scranton, PA! Totally recommend - kids had a blast and the face painter was fantastic!
