Party Recap

Cupcake Graveyard Party
This party was designed for a group of very important people to me-one of my regular and favorite clients in the whole world!! It was a day that was devoted to crafting and creating your own cupcake-Therefore, it was called “Cupcake Graveyard”…This year for Halloween I wanted to use some new and fun original colors for the party! I used purple, bright yellow, dark grey with hints of black! It turned out amazing!
For the main attraction I had plain chocolate cupcakes, provided by my wonderful cake vendor at “Sweet Spot Cupcakes”, and a variety of candies for all in “Grave danger”…We had little “RIP CUPCAKE” toppers, as well as bags of piping get labeled “Tombstone molding paste”. The candies I supplied were called things like “Ghost Poop” and “Grave Dirt”. We served purple juice with the cutest little labels and matching straws to fit to the color and theme! The backdrop was very dark but cute all at once, with little grave cupcakes with sad faces!

I purchased the most incredible cake stand and serving dish from “Williams Sonoma” in Edmonton Alberta, and I just don’t think I could have lived without it! It is very vintage style with amazing detail for Halloween! Absolutely stunning!
The party was just so much fun to design, with amazing vendors to help me along the way including the fabulous commercial photos by Jess Turcotte of “Jess Marie Photography” and Sweet Spot Cupcakes for the delicious cupcakes!
