Party Recap...
My two daughters were turning 6 and 4 within a month of each other. One wanted a cupcake party and one wanted ice cream sundaes. So we decided to combine the two into a unique party theme called "Cupcakes and Cones"! Best of both worlds :)
Party Highlights
Best Moment
The Face Painter was awesome and the kids LOVED her
Most Touching Moment
When one of my daughter's friends said this was the best party ever! :)
Funniest Moment
When my oldest and all her guests went down the bouncey slide at the same time!
What People Ate
Mini cupcakes in Vanilla, Chocolate, Triple Fudge, Oreo Cookie, Snickerdoodle, Carrot Cake, Pumpkin Spice. Also cake pops made to look like frosted cupcakes and cake pops that looked like ice cream cones. We had snow cones, and lastly, makes your own ice cream sundaes with waffle bowls, birthday party flavored ice cream and lots of candy toppings :)
What People Drank
Water! IT WAS HOT
Dessert
The party was ALL about Dessert!
Activities / Games
Face Painting, Bounce Slide, Craft and Coloring, Snow Cones, Ice Cream Sundaes, Pinata
Budget
The face painter and bounce house and snow machine were all acquired using Groupons totaling $150. I spent about $100 on sundae toppings, ice cream, waffle cones, cupcakes, and cake pops. Maybe another $50 on plates, party favors etc. But for two kids birthdays to be done at once I got off pretty cheap I'd say! :)
Party Favors
The kids were able to choose from a bucket that contained Ice Cream squirt guns, cupcakes note books, cupcake erasers etc.
